Two of the last three projects gets on the way

Just before xmas I got started on the last three projects of the house (I will probably be eating those words later as some unforseen project surfaces to humble me).
Two of them are now well underway. One is a ground floor renovation, and the other is a courtyard renovation. Both projects involves a fair amount of demolition before the new construction can begin.

The last project is the partitioning of the electrics into three differnet segments, but more about that later.

The ground floor renovation is suppose to have a natural delay, as it should be trailling the courtyard renovation. This is because the massive amount of demolition waste from the courtyard renovation that is to be carried through parts of the ground floor and ground floor common areas.
Preferably this is something we want to do BEFORE we start any cosmetic and lasting installments at the ground floor level.

The works will be alternating between the two projects, as the weather allows for outdoor or indoor work.

There has been quite the heavy rain falls during december and looks to continue here in January. This means the team will be finding appropriate timing to do the outdoor, but if there is a "Francis"-style rainfall they can work inside on the ground floor apartment.

There are more images of these project initiations in the photo archive. For the ground floor, see Ground floor, and for the courtyard, see Courtyard.
