The reconstruction of my townhouse in the Portuguese city of Portimao is moving into it's 24th months of project execution. There is an expected 4 months time left before forecasted completion.

The last couple of weeks have seen the Algarvian weather redeem itself and as a result I have been busy offline with golf, pickleball, cycling and walking. I have also had some catching up to do at work and hence, this is the first update from the house project in a couple of weeks.

The constructural elements are almost completed - the major masonry work is done and all pipes, insulation and major cable are embedded in floors and walls and not much is visible anymore.

Instead of trying to explain all progress I recorded a 4 minute video walk-through of the ground floor apartment and inner courtyard. There is some comments on the video to guide through. Check out the new video here.
